Description

Fensterarbeiten Fenster- und Sonnenschutzarbeiten für den 2. Bauabschnitt im Zuge des An- und Umbaus der Ernst-Reuter-Schule in Offenbach-Rumpenheim. Im Zuge des 2. Bauabschnittes wird in Holzständerbauweise eine eiförmige Aula, eine Cafetriaerweiterung, die unter einem großen geschwungenen Holzdach sitzt, sowie eine Erweiterung eines EDV-Raum, auf der jetzigen ungenutzten Dachterrasse umgesetzt. Ergänzend dazu erfolgen verschiedene Umbaumaßnahmen im Bestandsgebäude. Für Aula und Cafeteria sind Pfosten-Riegel-Fassaden in Holz-Aluminium-Bauweise vorgesehen. Zusätzlich werden Holz-Aluminium-Fenster für den erweiterten EDV-Raum sowie weitere neue Fenster im Bestand und eine Verglasung für das Treppenhaus benötigt. Ein Großteil der Fenster wird mit Raffstoren ausgestattet. Außerdem sind drei neue Eingangstürelemente aus Stahl Bestandteil der Maßnahme. Umfang der Arbeiten: • Pfosten-Riegel-Konstruktion Holz/Aluminium: 150 m² • Holz-Aluminium-Fenster: ca. 70 m² • Stahl Eingangstüren: 3 Stk. ca. 40 m² • Raffstoren: 95 m²
