Description

SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- Für die Klassen-Typengebäude an der Fritz-Schumacher-Schule in Hamburg soll eine serielle energetische Sanierung der Gebäude 02, 03, 04, 05 und 08 durchgeführt werden. Hierbei wird eine neue Gebäudehülle in vorgefertigter Holzbauweise realisiert und der Sanierungsstandard Effizienzhaus 4 EE (KfW 40) wird erreicht. Zudem werden Gründächer mit PV-Anlagen hergestellt und die Umstellung der Wärmeversorgung auf Wärmepumpen inkl. Erneuerung der Heizflächen umgesetzt. Im Innenbereich werden die Garderoben in Differenzierungsflächen umgewandelt und die Sanitärbereiche neu gegliedert. Auf Erdgeschossebene wird pro Haus jeweils ein barrierefreies WC errichtet und allgemeine Barrierefreiheit hergestellt. Im EG wird für jedes Haus zusätzlich eine neue Teeküche eingerichtet. Die Boden- und Deckenbeläge sowie die Elektrik werden erneuert. Für die Sanierung wird der DGNB Gold Standard angestrebt. Vor dem Umbau wird eine Schadstoffsanierung durchgeführt, wobei im Wesentlichen asbesthaltige Wand- und Deckenputze entfernt werden. --------------- Hier: Metallbau Türen --------------- Stahl-Glas-Eingangstüren (7 Stk), Stahltüren innen tlw. mit Brandschutzanforderungen (22 Stk), bestehende Innentreppengeländer überarbeiten (7 Stk), Fluchttreppen (10 Stk)
