Description

Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um ein neu zu errichtendes Schulgebäude, das als bauliche Anlage besonderer Art oder Nutzung (Sonderbau) einzuordnen ist. Das Gebäude ist baurechtlich in die Gebäudeklasse 5 einzustufen. Das Gebäude ist als hybride Holzkonstruktion geplant, nur die Bauteile, die der horizontalen Aussteifung dienen, sind in Stahlbeton geplant. Das Holztragwerk ist als Skelettbau und die Geschossdecken sind als Holzrippenkonstruktion geplant und bestehen aus Hauptunterzügen, die in Ost-West-Richtung verlaufen sowie aus einer Brettsperrholzdecke. Angrenzend an das Baugrundstück besteht bereits eine Schule, bestehend aus Hauptgebäude, Pavillons, Mensa / Ottoneum und Sporthalle. Das in die Jahre gekommene Ensemble wird aufgegeben und durch den Neubau auf dem östlich an die Schule angrenzenden Baugrundstück ersetzt. Die bestehende Sporthalle, die Mensa und das sogenannte Ottoneum (Musikpavillon) werden saniert und in das Gesamtkonzept integriert. Holzinnentüren mit unterschiedlichen Schall- und Brandschutzanforderungen: 195 Stück Holzinnentüren mit Holzzarge 1-flügelig, 40 Stück Holzinnentüren mit Holzzarge 2-flügelig, 40 Stück Holzinnentüren mit Stahlzarge 1-flügelig, 37 Stück Obentürschließer für 1-flügelige Türen, 1 Stück Obentürschließer für 2-flügelige Türen, 10 Stück Freilauftürschließer 1-flügelige Türen, 14 Stück Obentürschließer mit elektromechanischer Feststellung 1-flügelige Türen, 6 Stück Drehtürantriebe für 1-flügelige Türen, 2 Stück Drehtürantriebe für 2-flügelige Türen, 27 Stück Funkdeckenrauchmelder, 307 Stück Bodentürstopper, 142 Stück Wandtürstopper Holzinnenfenster mit unterschiedlichen Schall- und Brandschutzanforderungen: 29 Stück Festverglasung mit Holzrahmen
