Pfosten-Riegel-Fensterfassade Allgemeine Beschreibung der BaumaßnahmeDie Grundschule Mitterfelden befindet sich innerhalb eines bestehendenSchul- und Bildungscampus im Ortsteil Mitterfelden der Gemeinde Ainring.Gegenstand der Gesamtbaumaßnahme ist die Erweiterung und der Umbau derGrundschule Mitterfelden zur Schaffung eines zentralen Schulstandortesmit Ganztagsbetreuung.Hierzu wird ein dreigeschossiger, nicht unterkellerter Erweiterungsbauin Stahlbetonbauweise errichtet. Der Neubau umfasst insbesondereLehrer-, Verwaltungs- und Besprechungsräume sowie acht Klassenräume inLernhausstruktur. Zeitlich versetzt wird das bestehende Schulgebäudeumgebaut und an die neuen schulischen und betreuungsbezogenenAnforderungen angepasst.Die Außenwände des Erweiterungsbaus erhalten überwiegend einehinterlüftete, holzbasierte Fassadenbekleidung. Teilbereiche derGebäudehülle werden als Holz-Aluminium-Pfosten-Riegel-Fassaden mitintegrierten Holz-Aluminium-Fenstertüren undAluminium-Eingangstürelementen ausgeführt. Das Gebäude erhält ein flachgeneigtes Walmdach mit Blechdeckung und Photovoltaikanlage.
