Description

Die Kita wird als zweigeschossige Holzkonstruktion mit Flachdach auf einer Bodenplatte aus Beton erstellt. Die Grundrissabmessung beträgt ca. 20x35 m. Oberhalb der Bodenplatte steht das Holztragwerk, teilweise auf Stahlbetonsockeln. Die Trockenbauarbeiten erfolgen geschossweise in Abstimmung mit den Fensterbauarbeiten sowie parallel zu HLS-, Elektro-, Maler- und Putzarbeiten. Ein koordinierter Bauablauf mit allen Folgegewerken ist sicherzustellen. Alle Konstruktionen sind gemäß den Anforderungen an Brand-, Schall-, Wärme- und Feuchteschutz sowie den geltenden Zulassungen und Herstellervorgaben auszuführen. Montagewände und Vorsatzschalen: - Befestigung auf Beton-, Brettsperrholzdecken oder Estrich gemäß Schallschutzanforderungen. - Eine Wandseite bleibt bis zur Freigabe für die TGA-Installation offen. -Feuchtraumwände sind entsprechend den Anforderungen auszuführen. - Bewegliche Anschlüsse müssen Bauteilbewegungen schadlos aufnehmen. - Schallschutz ist durch fachgerechte Leitungsführung, Mineralwolldämmung, Vermeidung gegenüberliegender Steckdosen sowie dichte Anschlüsse an Massivbauteile sicherzustellen. Abhang- und Akustikdecken: Ausführung überwiegend als Akustikdecken, Küchen mit Hygiene- und Akustikanforderungen. Besondere Hinweise: Sichtoberflächen aus Holz sowie Fenster sind während der Arbeiten vor Beschädigung und Verschmutzung zu schützen. Beschädigungen gehen zu Lasten des Verursachers.
