Description

• Demontage und Entsorgung von ca. 43 bestehenden Holzfenstern im Obergeschoss unter Berücksichtigung geeigneter Wetterschutzmaßnahmen während der Öffnungssituation. • Lieferung und fachgerechte Montage neuer Holzfenster entsprechend den geforderten Abmessungen und Ausführungsarten: Untergeschoss: 3 Fenster (ca. 600 × 400 mm), davon 1 Festverglasung und 2 Kippfenster mit Öffnungshebel, Erdgeschoss: 122 Kreuzstockfenster mit Sprossen (ca. 1400 × 850 mm), Obergeschoss: 42 zweiflügelige Fenster mit Sprossen (ca. 700 × 1000 mm). • An ca. 33 Fensterflächen ist eine UV-Schutzfolie aufzubringen. • Darüber hinaus ist ein historisches Rundbogenfenster am Westgiebel des Obergeschosses instand zu setzen und denkmalgerecht zu sanieren. Die Ausführung erfolgt unter Beachtung denkmalpflegerischer Vorgaben sowie in Abstimmung mit den Erfordernissen des historischen Bestandes (Bauzeiten Renaissance und Barock).
