Description

Das Universitätsklinikum Carl Gustav Carus Dresden beabsichtigt die Neuvergabe des Digitalen Druck- und Kopiersystems sowohl für das UKD selbst als auch für dessen 100%ige Tochterunternehmen sowie die Medizinische Fakultät der TU Dresden. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist insofern die Miete / zeitweise Überlassung von Hardware- und Softwarekomponenten (Arbeitsplatzdrucker und Multifunktionsgeräte, nötige Treiber- und Systemsoftware) insbesondere inkl. Lieferung, Erstellung des Gesamtsystems und Herbeiführung der Betriebsbereitschaft, Systemservice für Hardware und Software, Entsorgung der Verpackung, Projektmanagement, Schulung, Lieferung von Verbrauchsmaterial, Abbau, Rücktransport. Die Vertragslaufzeit beginnt am 01.06.2026 und endet, ohne dass es einer gesonderten Kündigung bedarf, nach Ablauf von sechs Jahren. Die Leistung hat nach Maßgabe des EVB-IT Systemvertrag VGS # 14/2025 inkl. Anlagen (insb. Anlage 1 - Leistungsbeschreibung, Anlage 2 - Technische Geräteanforderungen, Anlage 3 - Konzeptuelle Anforderungen, Anlage 4 - Preiszusammenstellung, Anlage 5 - Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung (inkl. Anlagen), Anlage 6 - Projektmanagement) sowie der Angebots- und Bewerbungsbedingungen zu erfolgen.
