Description

Die Hochschule Aalen beabsichtigt die Beschaffung einer Prepreg-Anlage. Die Hochschule Aalen beabsichtigt im Rahmen des Projekts EcoPreg (gefördert durch EFRE und MWK BWL) die Beschaffung einer hochflexiblen Prepreg-Anlage, die trockene Faserrovings und Faserhalbzeuge mit einer duroplastischen oder thermoplastischen Polymermatrix vorimprägniert. Sogenannte Prepregs finden Einsatz in verschiedensten Leichtbauanwendungen. Zukünftige Forschungsvorhaben setzen einen besonderen Fokus auf bio-basierte und kreislauffähige Faserverbundwerkstoffe für einen nachhaltigen Leichtbau. Die gewünschte Anlage soll auf den Forschungs- und Entwicklungsbereich ausgelegt werden. Dementsprechend werden besondere Anforderungen hinsichtlich der Funktionalität, Flexibilität und Größe gestellt. Mit der Anlage sollen sowohl Glas- und Carbonfasern, aber auch Naturfasern und weitere Verstärkungsfasern verarbeitbar sein. Deswegen muss die Anlage flexibel einsetzbar sowie einfach zu warten, zu reinigen und instand zu halten sein. Die Maschine muss mit Standardmaterialien zuverlässig funktionieren und gleichzeitig flexibel genug sein, um neue Materialien und Prozessparameter zu testen.
