Description

Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Einweisung für ein additives Leiterplattenfertigungssystem (Additive PCB Manufacturing) für Forschungs- und Entwicklungszwecke an der Technischen Universität München (TUM). Das System soll die additive Herstellung von Leiterplatten bzw. Leiterbahnstrukturen ermöglichen und für den Einsatz in einer wissenschaftlichen Umgebung geeignet sein. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören neben der Lieferung der betriebsbereiten Anlage auch die erforderliche Dokumentation, die Einweisung des Bedienpersonals sowie gegebenenfalls begleitende Service- und Gewährleistungsleistungen gemäß den Vergabeunterlagen. Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Lieferung eines additiven Leiterplattenfertigungssystems (Additive PCB Manufacturing) für den Einsatz an der Technischen Universität München (TUM) einschließlich aller für den bestimmungsgemäßen Betrieb erforderlichen Komponenten. Die zu beschaffende Anlage soll für Forschungs- und Entwicklungsarbeiten im Bereich der Herstellung von Leiterplatten und elektronischen Strukturen eingesetzt werden und die additive Fertigung entsprechender Strukturen in reproduzierbarer Qualität ermöglichen. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören insbesondere die Lieferung der betriebsbereiten Anlage, der Transport zum Aufstellort, die Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Funktionsprüfung sowie die Übergabe der für Betrieb und Wartung erforderlichen technischen Dokumentation. Soweit für den Betrieb der Anlage Software, Steuerungseinheiten, Zubehör, Sicherheitskomponenten oder weitere Nebenleistungen erforderlich sind, sind diese ebenfalls vom Leistungsumfang umfasst. Ferner umfasst die Beschaffung die Einweisung bzw. Schulung des vom Auftraggeber benannten Personals in Bedienung, sicherem Betrieb und grundlegender Wartung der Anlage. Die Anlage muss für den Einsatz in einer wissenschaftlichen Umgebung geeignet sein und die in der Leistungsbeschreibung festgelegten technischen, funktionalen und qualitativen Anforderungen erfüllen. Einzelheiten zu Art und Umfang der Leistung sowie zu den verbindlichen Anforderungen ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung und den übrigen Vergabeunterlagen.
