Der Auftraggeber betreut und fördert Menschen, die Arbeitslosengeld II oder andere finanzielle Unterstützungen nach dem Sozialgesetzbuch II (SGB II) erhalten, und vermittelt sie in Arbeit. Vor dem Hintergrund, dass der Auftraggeber sich als Dienstleister für seine Kunden versteht, ist eine Erhöhung des subjektiven Sicherheitsgefühls der Kunden und der Mitarbeiter oberstes Ziel dieser Ausschreibung. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Erbringung von Sicherheitsdienstleistungen für folgende Verwaltungsgebäude des Auftraggebers im Stadtgebiet von Dortmund: Am Kaiserhain 1 Steinstraße 39 Königshof 1/ Steinstraße 42 Südwall 5-9 Kampstraße 49 Schützenstraße 90-92
