Technische Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppe 7 (hier: küchentechnische Anlagen) gem. §§ 53 ff. HOAI, LPH 2-3 und 5-9 für die Generalinstandsetzung und Neubau des Gymnasium Am Südpark in der Drygalski-Allee 2, 81477 München. Die Landeshauptstadt München plant die Generalinstandsetzung und Neubau des Gymnasium Am Südpark in der Drygalski-Allee 2. Die Bebauung im Leistungsumgriff besteht aus: - Schulgebäude - Sporthalle - Zwischentrakt (Verbindung zwischen Schulgebäude und Sporthalle) - 2 Schulpavillon-Bauten in Leichtbauweise - ein Amtsmeisterhaus - ein Nebenfunktionsgebäude. Die Sporthalle und der Zwischentrakt sollen im Zuge der Baumaßnahme vollständig abgebrochen und durch den Neubau einer 3-fach-Sporthalle ersetzt werden. Die beiden Schulpavillon-Bauten sind ebenfalls abzubrechen. Das Amtsmeisterhaus und das Nebenfunktionsgebäude bleiben unberührt. Das Schulgebäude wird instandgesetzt, erweitert und aufgestockt. Im Zuge der Maßnahme wird die gesamte Gebäudehülle des Schulgebäudes (Dach, Fenster, Fassadenbekleidung), sowie weite Teile des Innenausbaus und der gesamte technische Ausbau erneuert. Das Schulgebäude steht derzeit und auch während der Baumaßnahme leer. Die Sporthalle wird derzeit noch sporadisch von einer anderen Schule, sowie von Sportvereinen genutzt. Die Schulpavillon-Bauten werden derzeit von der Grund- und Mittelschule Zielstattstraße genutzt. All diese Nutzungen enden spätestens mit dem Beginn der Baumaßnahmen. Grundstücksgröße: ca. 17.882 m²
