Für den Standort Vivantes Auguste-Viktoria-Klinikum (AVK), Rubenstraße 125, 12157 Berlin soll ein Erweiterungsneubau (3. Bauabschnitt Haus 53 und 4. Bauabschnitt Haus 54) u. a. mit den Funktionsstellen: 1.04 Funktionsdiagnostik Kardiologie u. Urologie, 1.05 Endoskopie, 1.07 Radiologie, 1.09 Ambulante Operation, 1.10 Entbindung, 2.01 Allgemeinpflege - Kardiologie, Neurologie, Gastroenterologie, Infektiologie, Onkologie, 2.02 Pflege - Wöchnerinnen, 2.10 Pflege - Geriatrie, 2.11 Tagesklinik Infektiologie unter Berücksichtigung und mit Anbindung an bestehende medizinische Funktionsstellen geplant und realisiert werden. Inhalt dieser Ausschreibung sind die für dieses Bauvorhaben erforderlichen Fachplanungsleistungen zur Einrichtung eines automatisierten Transportsystems für Waren. In 2025 wurde durch Fa. Unitiy ein Logisitk- Konzept "Masterplan für den Standort Auguste-Viktoria-Klinikum Berlin" erstellt, der perspektivisch einen Großteil des Warenverkehrs nach Anlieferung am Wirtschaftshof übernehmen soll. Im ersten Schritt soll nun im geplanten Neubau 3. Und 4. BA dieses System geplant werden, inklusive aller Angaben zu baulichen und technischen Voraussetzungen.
