Description

Planungsleitung TA Klinikum Spandau, Haus 27, Umbau alte ZSVA AG 1-5, 7+8 Die ehemalige ZSVA befindet sich im Untergeschoss von Haus 27. Durch die Konzentration der Sterilgutaufbereitung an zwei Standorten "als Z-Steri", im Norden am Humboldt-Klinikum und im Süden am Klinikum Neukölln, wurden an den restlichen Klinikstandorten die ZSVA nicht mehr notwendig. An mehreren Standorten wurden die freigewordenen Flächen bereits umgebaut und einer neuen Nutzung zugeführt. Am Klinikum Spandau ist der Bereich der ehemaligen ZSVA derzeit leerstehend und soll mit angrenzenden Räumlichkeiten umgebaut werden. Am Ende des Projektes soll der Bereich der ehemaligen ZSVA folgende Nutzungen enthalten: - Bettenzentrale (Bettenaufbereitung) mit Bettenlager unrein, Bettenwerkstatt, Bettenaufbereitung und Bettenlager rein sowie den Zugang über eine Personenschleuse und ggf. ein Lagerraum. - Moppwäsche bestehend aus zwei Räumen (rein / unrein) und Durchlademaschinen - OP-Umkleiden bestehend aus verschiedenen Räumen (rein / unrein) - Personalumkleiden
