Description

Das Vivantes Klinikum Am Urban, umgangssprachlich auch "KAU" genannt, liegt an der Urbanstraße/ Dieffenbachstraße in Berlin im Bezirk Kreuzberg. Das Klinikum Am Urban entspricht baulich und konzeptionell größtenteils einem Krankenhaus der 1960er Jahre. Erbaut wurde es 1968, als weder MRTs noch Computertomographen zur Verfügung standen. Die Weiterentwicklungen, auch in der Medizintechnik, wurden über die Jahre im Bestand abgebildet. Entsprechende Um- und Erweiterungsmaßnahmen fanden in der Vergangenheit statt. So wurde im Jahr 1981 ein Erweiterungsbau mit Intensivstation und OP-Trakt angebaut. Weitere intensive Um- und Erweiterungsbaumaßnahmen wurden 1987 vorgenommen. Im Zuge elementar notwendiger Kapazitätserweiterungen, Restrukturierungs-maßnahmen und erforderlicher Sanierungsmaßnahmen ist nunmehr eine neuerliche Erweiterung des Krankenhauses sowie ein Rückbau in Teilbereichen inl. eines Interimsmodulbaus zwingend erforderlich. Hierzu sollen auf Grundlage des rechtskräftigen Bebauungsplanes Nr. VI-65-1 vom 02.02.1981 innerhalb der zulässigen Baugrenzen ergänzende Neubauten die vorhandene Bestandsgebäudestruktur erweitern. Inhalt dieser Ausschreibung sind die gemäß GF-Beschluss erforderlichen Planungsleistungen entsprechend den Leistungsbildern der Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure (HOAI) Medizintechnik Teil 3 § 55 HOAI für die Leistungsphasen LPH 1 bis LPH 4. Die Planungsleistung soll für die 3 Objekte Funktionsneubau , Abriss/Umbau und Interimsmodulbau vergeben werden.
