Description

Generalplanung (LP1-9, TGA, Tragwerk, Brandschutz, Wärmeschutz, etc.) für die Energetische Sanierung des Rathausgebäudes der Stadt Kierspe unter Berücksichtigung des Energiekonzeptes im Zuge eines EFRE-Fördrprojektes gemäß Formblatt VHB 633 ist ein Leistungsverzeichnis/Leistungsprogramm mit den Preisen sowie den geforderten Angaben und Erklärungen bei der Angbotsabgabe einzureichen. Über das Leistungsverzeichis/Leistungsprogramm wird sichergestellt, dass die Angebote vergleichbar bleiben. Dieses kann gerne durch Zugabe eines Kostenplanes nach DIN276 ergänzt werden. Kalkulationsvorraussetzung ist: LP 1-9 TGA Tragwerk Brandschutz Wärmeschutz Schallschutz Die Prüfung der Statik erfolgt bauseits. Es ist explizit eine Generalplanung (LP1-9, TGA, Tragwerk, Brandschutz, Wärmeschutz, etc.) ausgeschrieben worden mit der Angabe der max. Gesamtkosten. Die Grundlagenermittlung für diese Maßnahme beruht auf der Einhaltung der Energieeinsparungen gemäß mitversendeter Energeiekonzepte, auf Grundlage der Förderbedingungen sowie auf Einhaltung der arbeitschutzrechtlichen Bestimmungen. Die im Energiekonzept beschrieben Maßnahmen dienten auschließlich der Schaffung des Förderzugangs und sind in der detailierten Umsetzung nicht festgeschrieben. Die explizite Maßnahmenkonzeptionierung kann erst nach Auftragsvergabe stattfinden.
