Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Vergabe von GP-Planungsleistungen für die Sanierung des Freibads Morbach. Die Sanierung ist notwendig, um das Bad technisch und energetisch auf den neuesten Stand zu bringen. Der Gemeinderat in Morbach hat im November 2024 die Weichen für die Sanierung des örtlichen Freibads gestellt. Das Konzept sieht eine umfassende technische und bauliche Erneuerung vor, wobei der Freizeitcharakter erhalten bleiben soll. Der Gemeinderat hat den vorgelegten Entwurf zur Sanierung begrüßt und beschlossen, auf dessen Grundlage einen Sportförderantrag beim Landkreis Bernkastel-Wittlich zu stellen. Die Sanierung ist als "Generalsanierung" geplant. Geplant sind unter anderem die Erneuerung der Becken, die Sanierung der Filtertechnik und Anpassungen bei den Rutschen und dem Fünf-Meter-Turm. Nach intensiver Diskussion wurde das Konzept einstimmig angenommen, um die notwendigen Fördermittel zu beantragen. Der Kreisausschuss hat im Sommer 2025 die Generalsanierung im Rahmen der Sportstätten-Förderung ("Goldener Plan") eingeplant. Die Haushaltsplanungen für 2026 sind abgeschlossen, die Haushaltsgenehmigung liegt vor. Wegen der weiteren Einzelheiten wird auf die Ausschreibungsunterlagen, insbesondere den Entwurf des GP-Planervertrages verwiesen.
