Die Trierer Klinikum Mutterhaus der Borromäerinnen gGmbH (Klinikum Mutterhaus) ist ein Krankenhaus der Maximalversorgung an einem Standort in der Stadt Trier mit zwei Betriebsstätten: "Mitte" und "Nord". Das Mutterhaus Trier beabsichtigt im Bestandsgebäude Mitte die HNO Bettenstation B7, Gebäude B, im laufenden Betrieb zu modernisieren. In Bezug auf die geplante Sanierung sind nunmehr Fachplanungsleistungen eines Ingenieurbüros betreffend der technischen Ausrüstung, § 53 Abs. 2 Nr. 1. (Abwasser-, Wasser- und Gasanlagen), 2. (Wärmeversorgungsanlagen), 3. (Lufttechnische Anlagen), 4. (Starkstromanlagen), 5. (Fernmelde- und informationstechnische Anlagen), 7. (nutzungsspezifische Anlagen und verfahrenstechnische Anlagen), 8. (Gebäudeautomation), § 55 HOAI der Leistungsphasen (LPH) 1 bis 9 i.S.d. der Anlage 15 zu § 55 HOAI erforderlich, die seitens des Klinikums Mutterhaus mit dem hiesigen Vergabeverfahren beschafft werden sollen.
