Description

Vermessungsleistung nach BFR Verm. Seit 2010 wurden umfassende Infrastrukturmaßnahmen in der Luftwaffen Kaserne Köln-Wahn (160 ha) durchgeführt, unter anderem die Sanierung und der Neubau der Abwasseranlagen und die Sanierung der Straßen, Wege und Plätze. Der Bestandsplan der LISA-Datenbank ist daher nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand und muss aktualisiert werden. Die erfassten Vermessungsdaten sind in Zusammenarbeit mit der LISA Leitstelle in die LISA-Datenbank einzupflegen. Bei der Vermessung ist die Baufachlichen Richtlinien Vermessung (BFR Verm) in der aktuell gültigen Fassung anzuwenden. Die BFR Verm, die im Internet zur Verfügung stehen, definieren Anforderungen an die Ergebnisse vermessungstechnischer Leistungen auf Liegenschaften des Bundes. Aufzunehmen ist der oberirdische Bestand sowie der Kanalbestand für die Zuarbeit für eine Kanaldatenbank, die parallel aufgestellt wird.
