The town of Buetzow is procuring object planning services under Sections 34 ff. HOAI 2021 for the comprehensive modernisation of the Wilhelm-Schroeder sports hall. A prior condition survey identified structural, technical, functional and energy deficiencies. The concept includes restructuring the existing floor plans, a single-storey extension on the south-east side adding changing rooms, sanitary facilities, a kitchen and outdoor storage, plus a new accessible access wing with staircase and lift for the upstairs stand. Services will be awarded in stages. Buetzow is the contracting authority and the place of performance.
