Description

Der Landkreis Augsburg beabsichtigt die Sanierung der schadhaften Dachflächen des Schmuttertal Gymnasiums Diedorf bei laufendem Schulbetrieb. Die insgesamt 4 Gebäude wurden 2014/2015 errichtet. Bei den Dächern handelt es sich um flach geneigte Satteldächer (9,5 Grad), wobei die südseitigen Dachhälften zur Optimierung der PV-Anlage über den First hinaus als Pultdach verlängert sind. Alle Dächer sind hoch wärmegedämmt und mit einer EPDM-Abdichtungsbahn gedeckt. Zum Erreichen des Planungsziels Plusenergiegebäude sind auf den 4 südseitigen Dächern PV-Anlagen mit einer Gesamtleistung von ca. 439 kWp verbaut. Die Dachränder und die nördlichen Dachflächen sind als Gründach konzipiert. Alle Dächer zeigen teils starke Feuchteschäden im Dachaufbau auf, weswegen der gesamte Dachaufbau erneuert werden muss. Die Sanierungsmaßnahme umfasst im Wesentlichen den Rückbau des schadhaften Dachaufbaus bis zur Dampfsperre und Neuerstellung des Dachaufbaus.
