Vivantes Klinikum Spandau, Haus 26, Institutsambulanzen, Objektplanung Im Haus 26 des Klinikums Spandau sind die Institutsambulanzen derzeit auf mehrere Etagen verteilt, was zu langen Wegen für Patientinnen und Patienten sowie zu einer ineffizienten Flächennutzung durch doppelte Vorhaltung führt. Ziel der geplanten Maßnahme ist es, die Ambulanzen räumlich auf eine Ebene zu konzentrieren, um die betrieblichen Abläufe zu verbessern. Hierfür wird im Haus 26 im Erdgeschoss eine Fläche von etwa 710?m2 Bruttogeschossfläche (BGF) umgebaut. Ursprünglich war diese Fläche als Küche konzipiert und wird momentan temporär als Bettenzentrale genutzt. Sie ist über die zentrale Eingangshalle gut erreichbar. Ein angrenzendes Aufzugs- und Treppenhaus sowie ein direkter Außenzugang sorgen für eine gute Erreichbarkeit und vertikale Anbindung.
