Objektplanung Gebäude LPH 3 (teilw.) - 9 Objektplanung Gebäude Die LESG mbH beabsichtigt im Auftrag der Stadt Leipzig eine Komplexsanierung und Aufstockung des Internats Hüfferstraße 75 in Leipzig durchzuführen und damit eine dringend benötigte Kapazitätserweiterung der Wohnheimplätze für Auszubildende in der Stadt Leipzig zu schaffen. Das Gebäude wurde in den 1950er Jahren errichtet und bis zum heutigen Zeitpunkt wurden nur temporäre bauliche Einzelmaßnahmen durchgeführt. Eine Komplexsanierung ist nunmehr dringend erforderlich. Die bauliche Umsetzung der Maßnahme ist voraussichtlich in Einzellosvergabe vorgesehen. Die Beauftragung der Planungsleistung erfolgt stufenweise, zunächst nur für die Leistungsphasen 3 (teilweise) -4 in Anlehnung an die HOAI pauschal als Festpreis.
