Leistungen der Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume, Leistungsphasen 1-9 (bei stufenweiser Beauftragung) gem. §33 HOAI Leistungen für die Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume der Leistungsphasen 1-9 gemäß §33 HOAI in stufenweiser Beauftragung. Die Gemeinde Kottgeisering plant die Erweiterung des in der Schulstraße 4 bestehenden Kinderhauses in Kottgeisering. Das Grundstück Fl.-Nr. 122 ist für den Neu- bzw. Erweiterungsbau für jeweils eine Kindergarten- und eine Kinderkrippengruppe vorgesehen. Kosten: Eine Grobkostenermittlung (KGR 200-700) anhand der Kostenrichtwerte beziffert ca. 2,1 Mio. € brutto. Zur Finanzierung wird ein Förderprogramm angestrebt. Termine: Planungsbeginn direkt nach Beauftragung. Nutzungsbeginn: 01.07.2029
