Leistungen der Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume, Leistungsphasen 1-9 (bei stufenweiser Beauftragung) gem. §33 HOAI Die Gemeinde Grafrath plant die Sanierung des sogenannten "Bürgerstadls". Das aus dem Jahr 1986 stammende Gebäude in der Mauerner Straße in 82284 Grafrath (Flur-Nr. 146) wird für verschiedene u.a. sportliche und kulturelle Veranstaltungen genutzt. Der Lauf der Zeit erfordert neben der Erneuerung der Oberflächen, der Technik auch die Beseitigung vorhandener Schäden und eine Verbesserung der thermischen Hülle. Die Maßnahme wird bauabschnittsweise umgesetzt, in Abhängigkeit der Finanzierung durch die Gemeinde und möglicher Fördermittelgeber. Die Leistung der Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume gem. §33 HAOI wird über die Leistungsphasen 1-9 erforderlich, wobei die Leistung stufenweise vergeben wird. Ein Anspruch auf vollständigen Abruf besteht nicht. Termine: Die Leistung ist nach Beauftragung binnen 12 Tagen aufzunehmen. Die Realisierung ist in mehreren Bauabschnitten geplant (aktuell bis 2031). Grobkosten: KG300+400+700: 2.430.000 EUR
