Generalplanerleistungen für die Sanierungsmaßnahmen des denkmalgeschützten Bürgerhauses in Kaldenkirchen, das u. a. Bestandteil des Maßnahmenprogrammes des Integrativen Stadtentwicklungskonzeptes (ISEK) für den Stadtteil Kaldenkirchen ist. Gegenstand der geplanten Beauftragung der Leistungen sind • die Objektplanung, Leistungsbild Gebäude und Innenräume der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 gemäß § 34 Abs. 4 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 10 Nummer 10.1 HOAI • die Fachplanung, Leistungsbild Tragwerksplanung der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6 § 51 Abs. 5 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 14 Nummer 14.1 HOAI • die Fachplanung, Leistungsbild Technische Ausrüstung der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 - unterteilt in Anlagengruppen 16, und 8, § 55 Abs. 3 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 15 Nummer 15.1 HOAI • die Fachplanung- und Beratungsleistung Bauphysik der Leistungsphase 1 bis 7 (Wärmeschutz/Energiebilanzierung) gemäß § 3 Abs. 1 HOAI i.V.m. Abschnitt 1.2.2 Anlage 1 HOAI • die Fachplanung Brandschutz der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 5 sowie 8, Leistungsbild Brandschutz gemäß AHO Nr. 17.
