Die Gemeinde Fredersdorf-Vogelsdorf plant die Errichtung eines Multifunktionsgebäudes als Neubau mit bis zu 2 Etagen (EG,1. OG), auf dem Gelände des Sportplatzes Vogelsdorf, Försterweg 1a, 15370 Fredersdorf-Vogelsdorf. Das Bestandsgebäude soll abgerissen und ein Ersatzneubau errichtet werden. Vorrangiges Ziel der Planungsaufgabe ist es, den Ersatzneubau so zu konzipieren, dass dieser den Nutzungsbedarf der genannten Vereine deckt. Der Ersatzneubau soll auf der Fläche des bestehenden Gebäudes als modernes, bis zu zweigeschossiges Gebäude mit einer Grundfläche von höchstens 20 m x 50 m errichtet werden. Die bisherigen Abstimmungen ergeben einen Nutzflächenbedarf der Nutzer von ca. 1.500 m2. Der Nutzflächenbedarf ist zu überprüfen und auf ein unbedingt notwendiges Maß anzupassen. Hierbei sollen mögliche Synergieeffekte und Doppelnutzungen der einzelnen Nutzer berücksichtigt und untersucht werden. Weiterhin werden möglichst eine zu dem Spielfeld ausgerichtete Terrasse sowie Stellplätze gewünscht. Die Nutzung des Sportfeldes muss auch während Bau und Abriss weiter möglich bleiben. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist ein Generalplanungsvertrag über die Errichtung eines Multifunktionsgebäudes auf und für den Sportplatz Vogelsdorf in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9. Es sollen alle nachfolgend genannten Planungs- und Beratungsleistungen erbracht werden: - Gebäude, Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9; - Tragwerksplanung, Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6; - Technische Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppen 1 bis 8 nach Bedarf, Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 - Freianlagen, Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9; - Verkehrsanlagen, Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 - Ingenieurbauwerke, Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 - Brandschutzplanung gemäß AHO in Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9, - Wärmeschutz- und Energiebilanzierung, Leistungsphasen 1 - 8, - Bauakustik, Leistungsphasen 1 - 8, - Raumakustik, Leistungsphasen 1 - 8, - Geotechnik, Grundleistungen der Teilleistungen a-c, - Planungsbegleitende Vermessung, Leistungsphasen 1 - 4, - Baubegleitende Vermessung, Leistungsphasen 1 - 5
