Description

Anlass für das Vergabeverfahren ist die geplante Sanierung der denkmalgeschützten Heinrich-Hansjakob-Schule mit Hauptgebäude und Schultheiß'schem Haus in 79761 Waldshut-Tiengen. Ziel ist die fachgerechte Umsetzung der vorgesehenen Sanierungs-, Energieeffizienz- und Brandschutzmaßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung der denkmalpflegerischen Belange und des laufenden bzw. abgestimmt zu organisierenden Schulbetriebs. Der Auftraggeber sieht für die Vergabe der Planungsleistungen auf Grundlage der HOAI ein Verhandlungsverfahren nach § 17 VgV mit Teilnahmewettbewerb vor. Die zu vergebenden Planungsleistungen umfassen die folgenden Teilleistungen (es müssen alle Teilleistungen angeboten werden): - Objektplanungsleistungen Gebäude und Innenräume gemäß §§ 33 ff HOAI (Leistungsphase 8 - Objektüberwachung (Bauüberwachung) und Dokumentation gemäß § 34 HOAI, Leistungsphase 9 - Objektbetreuung gemäß § 34 HOAI) - Zusatzleistung - Bestandserhebungen
