Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Beauftragung von Planungsleistungen gemäß dem Leistungsbild Technische Ausrüstung nach § 55 HOAI (Anlagengruppe 4-6) nach Anlage 15 HOAI für die Modernisierung und Instandsetzung des ehemaligen Hotels Germania in Grabow. Näheres zum Auftragsgegenstand, den einzelnen Leistungsstufen und zu den vorgesehenen Ausführungsfristen sind der Leistungsbeschreibung (Anlage 1) zu entnehmen. Siehe Verfahrensbedingungen.
