Description

Im Rahmen eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb gemäß § 17 VgV sollen Leistungen der Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung (AG 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8) für die Erneuerung die Technikgebäude des Bundes (TGdB) an dem Standort Frankfurt am Main vergeben werden. In Rahmen des BDBOS-Bauprogramms sowie Bauunterhaltungsmaßnahmen sollen die Technikgebäude des Bundes (TGdB) in Frankfurt am Main erneuert werden. Ziel des Projekts ist der umfassende Umbau der Technikgebäude inkl. Erneuerung der Technischen Anlagen im Bereich des fernmelde- und informationstechnischen Anlagen, um die Anlagen auf den neuesten Stand der Sicherheitstechnik zu bringen, sowie Erneuerung der lufttechnischen Anlagen, Starkstromanlagen, nutzungsspezifischen Anlagen und der Gebäudeautomation. Die Gebäude werden weiterhin betrieben und vorhandenen Redundanzen sind auch während des Umbaus sicherzustellen. Die Technikgebäude des Bundes zählen mit ihren baulichen und haustechnischen Anlagen zu kritischen Infrastruktur der Bundesrepublik. Nutzer des Digitalfunknetzes sind u.a. die Polizei des Bundes und der Länder, die Feuerwehren, die Rettungsdienste, die Katastrophen- und Zivilschutzbehörden von Bund und Ländern, wie die Bundesanstalt Technisches Hilfswerk (THW), und die Bundeszollverwaltung. Deren spezifische Aufgaben zur Bewahrung oder Widerherstellung der öffentlichen Sicherheit und Ordnung erfordern eine funktionierende Telekommunikation - den Kern hierfür bilden die TGdB. Sie unterliegen als sogenannte kritische Infrastruktur dem höchsten Anspruch an Sicherheit und permanenter Verfügbarkeit.
