- AUSGANGSLAGE UND ZIEL DER MARKTERKUNDUNG - Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt, ein neues IT-Fachverfahren für die Verwaltung der Berliner Musikschulen im Betriebsmodell Software-as-a-Service im Verhandlungsverfahren auszuschreiben. Der Ausschreibungsgegenstand umfasst neben dem reinen Betrieb einschl. Wartung und Support auch ein jährliches Kontingent an Personentagen zur Weiterentwicklung sowie ein vorgeschaltetes Transition-Projekt zur Ablösung der Bestandssoftware einschließlich Implementierung und Konfiguration der neuen Software, Datenmigration und Schulung der Nutzenden. Ziel der Markterkundung ist es, Einschätzungen und Rückmeldungen des Marktes zu den wesentlichen funktionalen Anforderungen an das auszuschreibende Fachverfahren zu erhalten. - IHRE TEILNAHME AN DER MARKTERKUNDUNG - Als Teilnehmende dieser Markterkundung helfen Sie mit, ambitionierte und zugleich plausible Anforderungen zu entwickeln, welche die Gegebenheiten des Marktes und der Marktteilnehmenden angemessen berücksichtigt. Zum Markterkundungsgespräch werden für die 8. und/oder 9. Kalenderwoche 3 (drei) Zeitfenster zu je 90 (neunzig) Minuten für einen WebEx-Call vergeben.
