Description

Gegenstand des ausgeschriebenen Projektes ist die Neuprogrammierung der Auswertungskomponente des DUVA-Systems (Nachfolge Auswertungsassistent). Die neue Anwendung stellt sicher, dass auch Version 5 des DUVA-Systems über eine leistungsfähige Komponente zur Erstellung von Auswertungen und Analysen sowie deren Darstellung in Form von Tabellen, Grafiken und Karten verfügt. Es wird ein zweistufiges Verhandlungsverfahren mit öffentlichem Teilnahmewettbewerb und Verhandlungsphase gemäß § 119 Abs. 5 GWB i.V.m. §§ 14 und 17 VgV durchgeführt. Die Beauftragung erfolgt voraussichtlich bis Ende April 2025. Die gesamte Projektlaufzeit ist mit 60 Monaten ab Zuschlagserteilung veranschlagt. Hinsichtlich des Auftraggebers ist folgendes zu beachten: Eigentlicher Auftraggeber der ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist die KOSIS-Gemeinschaft DUVA. Das Vergabemanagement der Stadt Freiburg übernimmt aus formalen Gründen und stellvertretend für die KOSIS-Gemeinschaft DUVA die formale Abwicklung des Ausschreibungsverfahrens. Mit den Vertretern der KOSIS-Gemeinschaft DUVA erfolgt anschließend die Abwicklung der ausgeschriebenen Leistung (siehe Leistungsbeschreibung Nr. 1.1).
