Beschaffung einer modernen, KI-gestützten Contract-Lifecycle-Management-Software (CLMS) für den Einkauf. Die Lösung soll den gesamten Lebenszyklus von Verträgen - von der Erstellung über die Verhandlung bis zur Archivierung - digital und zentral abbilden. Erwartet werden Integrationen zu bestehenden Systemen, eine modulare, skalierbare Architektur sowie umfangreiche Automatisierungs- und Analysefunktionen (u.a. KI-gestützte Vertragsanalyse, Obligation Management, Dashboarding). Die Software muss höchste Anforderungen an Sicherheit und Compliance (z.B. ISO 27001, DSGVO), Mehrsprachigkeit, Barrierefreiheit und Benutzerfreundlichkeit erfüllen. Die Bereitstellung soll als SaaS-Modell erfolgen.
