Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Leistungen im Zusammenhang mit der Beschaffung einer CAFM- und EMS-Softwarelösung für die Stadt Freiburg im Breisgau, die entweder als SaaS-Modell oder als Kaufvariante mit externem Cloud-Hosting angeboten wird. Die Leistung wird in zwei Losen ausgeschrieben. Dabei handelt es sich um eine CAFM-Lösung (Los 1) und eine in das CAFM-System integrierte oder gesonderte EMS-Lösung (Los 2). Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen umfassen die Bereitstellung der Software, die Implementierungsdienstleistungen, den Erwerb bzw. das Hosting sowie den fortlaufenden Support, Wartung und eine Hotline für Anwenderanfragen gemäß der aktuell gültigen EVB-IT Verträge. Durchgeführt wird ein zweistufiges Verhandlungsverfahren gemäß §§ 14 Abs. 3 Nr. 3, 17 Abs. 1 VgV. Das zweistufige Verfahren beinhaltet den öffentlichen Teilnahmewettbewerb (1. Stufe: Auswahlphase) und die Verhandlungsphase (2. Stufe: Angebotsabgabe und Verhandlungsgespräche).
