Description

Die ausgeschriebene Maßnahme betrifft den Neubau einer Grundschule im 5. BA Wohnen in der Messestadt Riem. Der Planungsumgriff erstreckt sich auf das im Vorentwurf des Bebauungsplans mit Grünordnung Nr. 1728n dargestellte Grundstück für den Schulneubau südlich des Rappenwegs und nördlich der Bahnlinie. Die Gesamtfläche des Planungsgebietes beläuft sich auf etwa 21.750 m². Es handelt sich um eine sechszügige Grundschule in Holz- oder Holzhybridbauweise einschließlich Dreifach-Sporthalle, Freisportanlagen und Außenbereichen. Gegenstand des vergebenen Auftrags ist die Tragwerksplanung. Nähere Angaben siehe Ziffer 5.1. Ergänzung zu Ziffer 2.1: Der Auftrag umfasst Planungsleistungen gemäß Teil 4 Fachplanung Abschnitt 1 Tragwerksplanung §§ 49 ff. HOAI 2021- i. V. m. Anlage 14, Ziffer 14.1 (GL - LPH 1-6) zzgl. besonderer Leistungen. Es erfolgt stufenweise Beauftragung. Die vorläufigen anrechenbaren Kosten aus KG 300/400 betragen ca. 19,3 Mio. € netto.
