Description

Sanierung und Erweiterung des Sportlerheims Wundersleben - Tragwerksplanung Die Vergabestelle beabsichtigt mit Hilfe des Förderprogramms „Integrierte ländliche Entwicklung und Revitalisierung von Brachflächen“ des Freistaats Thüringen die Sanierung und Erweiterung des Sportlerheims Wundersleben zu einer multifunktionalen Einrichtung Einschlägig ist dabei die Richtlinie zur Förderung der integrierten ländlichen Entwicklung und der Revitalisierung von Brachflächen ab 2023. a) Gegenstand dieser Vergabe sind die Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung. Die Objektplanungen und weiteren Fachplanungen werden separat vergeben. Mehrfachbewerbungen in Bezug auf die verschiedenen Objekt- und Fachplanungen sind dabei zulässig. b) Dabei werden die Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6 der Tragwerksplanung nach Maßgabe des Vertragsentwurfs (Teil C der Vergabeunterlagen) stufenweise vergeben werden. Es wird zudem folgende Besondere Leistung der Tragwerksplanung vergeben: - Ingenieurtechnische Kontrolle der Ausführung des Tragwerks auf Übereinstimmung mit den geprüften statischen Unterlagen Im Übrigen wird hinsichtlich des Leistungsumfangs, der wechselseitigen Pflichten und der Honorierung bei der Tragwerksplanung auf den Vertragsentwurf (Teil C der Vergabeunterlagen) verwiesen. Voraussichtlicher Leistungszeitraum für die Tragwerksplanung ist Juni 2026 bis Oktober 2027 (unter zusätzlicher Einbeziehung der Leistungsphase 9 (= 4 Jahre) Oktober 2031).
