Description

Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt die Realisierung einer Forschungs-, Test- und Entwicklungsinfrastruktur für Wasserstoffanwendungen am Standort Pfeffenhausen. Das Vorhaben ist Teil des Nationalen Innovations- und Technologiezentrums Wasserstoff (ITZ) und dient dem Technologietransfer von Forschung in industrielle Anwendungen sowie der Bereitstellung von Test-, Prüf- und Entwicklungsinfrastruktur für wirtschaftliche und nichtwirtschaftliche Nutzer. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die stufenweise Beauftragung von Planungsleistungen für die Tragwerksplanung für den Neubau einer Wasserstofftesthalle mit Nebengebäude, Außentestflächen und Außenanlagen (§§ 51 ff. HOAI iVm Anlage 14.1). Die Aufteilung der einzeln abrufbaren Leistungsstufen gliedern sich in Stufe 1= Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3, Stufe 2 = Leistungsphase 4, Stufe 3 = Leistungsphase 5, Stufe 4 = Leistungsphasen 6. Zunächst wird nur die Stufe 1 beauftragt, es besteht kein Anspruch auf die Beauftragung der Folgestufen.
