Description

Komplexsanierung der Grundschule Walkenried - Tragwerksplanung a) Gegenstand dieser Vergabe sind zunächst Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung für die Sanierung des Bestandsgebäudes. Dabei werden die Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6 der Tragwerksplanung gemäß der Anlage 14 der HOAI stufenweise vergeben werden. b) Es wird zudem folgende Besondere Leistung der Tragwerksplanung im Kontext der Sanierung des Bestandsgebäudes vergeben: - Ingenieurtechnische Kontrolle der Ausführung des Tragwerks auf Übereinstimmung mit den geprüften statischen Unterlagen c) Im Übrigen wird hinsichtlich des Leistungsumfangs und der Honorarparameter auf den Vertragsentwurf (Teil C der Vergabeunterlagen) verwiesen. d) Voraussichtlicher Leistungszeitraum für die gesamte Tragwerksplanung ist November 2026 bis Juli 2027. e) Die Objektplanungen (Gebäude- und Innenraumplanung sowie Freianlagenplanung) und die weiteren Fachplanungen werden separat vergeben. Mehrfachbewerbungen in Bezug auf die verschiedenen Objekt- und Fachplanungen sind dabei zulässig.
