Description

Die Stadt Freiburg beabsichtigt für motormanuelle Holzerntearbeiten im Stadtwald Freiburg einen Rahmenvertrag mit mehreren Bietern abzuschließen. Die Laufzeit des Rahmenvertrags beginnt am 01.11.2025 und endet zum 31.08.2027. Die Holzerntearbeiten sind auf die Lose Bergwald (Los 1) mit ca. 12.000 fm und Mooswald (Los 2) mit ca. 4.000 verteilt. Die Leistungen werden für jedes Los als Rahmenvereinbarung zwischen mehreren Unternehmen vergeben. Erst durch Einzelaufträge werden konkrete Leistungspflichten begründet. Das Gesamtvolumen beläuft sich auf ca. 16.000 fm und wird über ca. 30 Einzelbeauftragungen auf mehrere Bieter verteilt. Der Rahmenvertrag endet automatisch mit Erreichen der nachfolgend festgelegten Höchstwerte i.H.v. 496.000,- brutto für Los 1 und i.H.v. 165.000,- brutto für Los 2. Die Auftraggeberin hat jedoch die Möglichkeit über eine Auftragsänderung im Rahmen des § 132 GWB ggf. noch weitere Einzelabrufe vor dem Ende der Vertragslaufzeit bzw. vor dem Erreichen der Höchstmenge zu beauftragen. Los 1: Holzeinschlag inklusive Holzrücken im Bergwald; Los 2: Holzeinschlag inklusive Holzrücken im Mooswald
