The project concerns the Church of the Holy Spirit in Heidelberg, where an exhibition on the Bibliotheca Palatina is planned on the galleries, empty for over 400 years. Tourist infrastructure will be installed for an estimated one million visitors per year, accessibility will be created on all levels of the church, including changes to the very varied floor levels of the worship space for liturgical reasons, and the organs will be newly organised. Procured services are specialist planning for technical equipment, electrical systems, according to Sections 53 ff HOAI, covering installation groups 4 to 6 and 8: low-voltage power, telecommunications and IT systems, lifts and building automation. Service phases 1 to 3 and 5 to 8 apply, phase 4 as needed and phase 9 optional.
