Description

Leistungs- / Auftragsgegenstand ist die Erbringung von Imaging Core Lab Services / Bildauswertungsleistungen für die deutschlandweite multizentrische klinische Studie POTENTIAL (Post Therapy Enhanced Thrombocyte Inhibition At Low NIHSS score). Im Rahmen der POTENTIAL-Studie ist der Einschluss von 2126 Patient*innen geplant. Dabei ist die Rekrutierung an 42 Studienzentren vorgesehen. Bei den Studienzentren handelt es sich um in Deutschland gelegene Universitätskliniken und Krankenhäuser / Kliniken bzw. die den jeweiligen Einrichtungen zugehörigen neurologischen Kliniken. Der primäre bildgebende Studienendpunkt ist der Rezidivschlaganfall. Die POTENTIAL-Studie weist eine geplante Gesamtlaufzeit von 60 Monaten (beginnend im Februar 2026) auf. Die zu beschaffenden Bildauswertungsleistungen werden über einen Zeitraum von insgesamt 43 Monaten (derzeitiger Planungsstand) benötigt bzw. zu erbringen sein. Vor dem Hintergrund der Rahmenbedingungen der Finanzierung der gegenständlichen Studie erfolgt eine Aufteilung in Studienabschnitt 1 und 2 (siehe hierzu insb. § 4 des Vertrags VGS # 08/2026). Die Leistung hat nach Maßgabe des Vertrags VGS # 08/2026 inkl. Anlagen zu erfolgen.
