Markterkundung zur Erhebung verfügbarer Lösungen im Bereich sensorbasierter Assistenzsysteme an Büro und Homeoffice-Arbeitsplätzen für Firmenkunden der DAK-Gesundheit Im Rahmen dieser Markterkundung möchte die Auftraggeberin einen Überblick über den bestehenden Markt für technische Lösungen gewinnen, die das ergonomische Verhalten sowie arbeitsplatzbezogene Umgebungsfaktoren erfassen und auf dieser Grundlage individuelle, wissenschaftlich fundierte Empfehlungen zur gesundheitsförderlichen Gestaltung des Arbeitsalltags bereitstellen. Die Markterkundung umfasst gleichermaßen stationäre Büroarbeitsplätze im Unternehmen sowie mobile bzw. häusliche Homeoffice-Arbeitsplätze. Die Markterkundung dient der Vorbereitung einer möglichen späteren Beschaffung. Sie stellt keine Vorabentscheidung dar und begründet keine Verpflichtung zur Durchführung eines Vergabeverfahrens. Ziel ist es, Anbieter zu identifizieren, die in der Lage sind, sensorbasierte Systeme für Büroarbeitsplätze - sowohl im Unternehmen selbst als auch im Homeoffice - bereitzustellen. Die Systeme sollen Mitarbeitenden Hinweise zu ergonomischem Verhalten und Bewegung sowie Rückmeldungen zu arbeitsumgebungsbezogenen Faktoren geben können (z. B. Lichtverhältnisse, Lautstärke). Es soll geprüft werden, welche technischen, organisatorischen und datenschutzbezogenen Rahmenbedingungen von marktverfügbaren Lösungen erfüllt werden.
