Description

Die Deutsche Bundesbank betreibt im Raum Frankfurt einige Standortkopplungen mit Produkten der Hersteller Adtran und ANS (Adva Network Security; BSI-zertifizierte Komponenten). Eine Erweiterung auf die Standorte München und/oder Düsseldorf wird derzeit geprüft. Es soll ein Rahmenvertrag über max. 4 Jahre für folgende Leistungsbestandteile geschlossen werden: 1. Kauf von Komponenten Über den vorliegenden Vertrag sollen zusätzliche Komponenten für Erweiterungen dieser Umgebungen bzw. Ersatz für auszutauschende Komponenten beschafft werden. Die Beschaffung bezieht sich auf das komplette Produktspektrum auf der Basis der jeweils zum Abruf gültigen EMEA-Preisliste der Hersteller Adtran und ANS. Der Auftraggeber wird seinen gesamten Bedarf an den ausgeschriebenen Komponenten inkl. zugehöriger Software und Lizenzen für die Erweiterung der bestehenden Netzwerke bzw. Ersatz für auszutauschende Komponenten während der Vertragslaufzeit über diese Rahmenvereinbarung decken (Exklusivabrede). 2. Dienstleistungen a. Installation Bei Beauftragung dieser optionalen Dienstleistung im Rahmen einer Beschaffung von DWDM-Komponenten, hat der Auftraggeber diese in die bestehende Infrastruktur zu integrieren. b. Faserqualifikation Die Faserqualifikation dient der Überprüfung der Eigenschaften angemieteter Darkfiber-Verbindungen. 3. Instandhaltung von Komponenten Ein weiterer zentraler Vertragsinhalt ist die Störungsbeseitigung bei den eingesetzten Adtran und ANS-Systemen. Alle Störungen müssen im Rahmen der definierten SLAs bearbeitet und behoben werden. Dazu muss der Partner in der Lage sein, ausgebildete und sicherheitsüberprüfte TechnikerInnen inkl. Ersatz-Komponenten innerhalb der im SLA definierten Zeit am jeweiligen Standort bereitzustellen.
