Es ist ein Hardware-Refresh der bisher eingesetzten Infoblox-Appliance erforderlich. Mit der neuen Infoblox-Appliance sollen zusätzlich auch die Netzdienste DHCP und DNS bereitgestellt werden.. - Lieferung und Bereitstellung der Infoblox-Appliances bestehend aus: o Software inklusive der benötigten Lizenzen, die zum ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb des IPAM-Systems unter den in diesem Dokument beschriebenen Rahmenbedingungen notwendig sind, für eine Laufzeit von 36 Monaten. o sämtlichen Hardwarekomponenten für das IPAM-System mit Peripherie, wie zum Beispiel notwendige Kabel, Netzteile und Adapter (Kauf) o sämtlichen darüber hinaus notwendigen Softwarelizenzen für den Betrieb des IPAM-Systems - Wartung, Pflege und Support für die Laufzeit des IPAM-Systems für 36 Monaten in Form von: o Hardwarewartung und Support. Dazu gehört auch der Austausch / die Reparatur der Infoblox Hardware bei Defekt (Ausfall, Störung, Ein-schränkung der Betriebsfähigkeit des IPAM-Systems) o Softwarepflege und Support für die Software von Infoblox sowie für sämtliche notwendigen zusätzlichen Softwarelizenzen, die für den Be-trieb des IPAM-Systems notwendig sind. o Bereitstellung einer Hotline / eines Ticketsystems zur Meldung von technischen Problemen und Störungen der Hardware oder Fehlern bei der Softwarefunktionalität
