Description

Scanleistung/Aktendigitalisierung Vivantes betreibt seit 2014 ein digitales Archiv- und Dokumentenmanagementsystem (nachfolgend Archivsystem bezeichnet) und archiviert dort alle patientenbezogenen klinischen und administrativen Akten sowie u. a. auch Verwaltungsakten, Buchhaltungsunterlagen und Projektakten. Tochtergesellschaften und Unternehmen im Kooperationsverbund haben eigene Instanzen im Archivsystem. Die Scanleistung soll unter anderem für die Digitalisierung von Personalakten, Patientenakten, Studienakten, sowie Unterlagen des betriebsärztlichen Diensts, erbracht werden. Die Scanleistung muss für Papierakten an einem Standort auf dem Gelände der AG erfolgen (Betrieb als Servicestelle). Die digitalisierten Dokumente müssen automatisiert an die jeweilige Instanz des vorhandenen Archivsystem der AG übergeben werden.
