Lieferung von insgesamt etwa 67,6 GWh Nutzwärme zum Zwecke der Beckenbeheizung, Trinkwassererwärmung und Raumbeheizung in 4 Hallenbädern der Stadt Freiburg i. Br. ab 1.1.2027 bis 31.12.2041 Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ist demnach die Lieferung von insgesamt etwa 67,6 GWh Nutzwärme zum Zwecke der Beckenbeheizung, Trinkwassererwärmung und Raumbeheizung in 4 Hallenbädern der Stadt Freiburg i. Br. (Westbad, Haslacher Bad, Faulerbad und Lehener Bad) ab dem 1.1.2027 innerhalb einer Vertragslaufzeit von 15 Jahren bis zum 31.12.2041 in ausreichender Menge, Temperatur, Leistung und ökologischer Qualität. Die Wärmelieferung beginnt 2027 mit dem Fortbetrieb der vorhandenen Gasbrennwert-Kesselanlagen. Das technische Anlagenkonzept der dann zu transformierenden Wärmelieferung ist technologieoffen. Neben der ökonomischen Qualität steht bei der zukünftigen Wärmelieferung die Verbesserung der ökologischen Qualität der Energieversorgung der Hallenbäder im Vordergrund. Die Bewertung der angebotenen Wärmelieferungen erfolgt daher anhand des Preises, sowie anhand des CO2-Emissionsfaktors nach AGFW FW309-6, der nach einer ausreichenden Transformationsphase in keinem der Bäder den Wert von 160,0 gCO2/kWh überschreiten darf. Zudem darf die Energiequellenkennzahl nach AGFW FW309-5 nach einer ausreichenden Transformationsphase in keinem der Bäder den Wert von 0,70 unterschreiten.
