Description

Dachabdichtungsarbeiten für die Grundschule Mengendamm in Hannover: - Kompaktdach mit Schaumglasdämmung und Retentionsdach 0% mit Biodiversitätsbegrünung und Terrasse ca. 2.250 qm - Flachdach 3% Mineralwolle, Gründach extensiv und PV UK ca. 1.200 qm. Das zu erstellende Gebäude wird nach Maßgabe des Zertifizierungssystems der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen (DGNB) gemäß dem Kriterienkatalog Gebäude Neubau 2018 und dem Nutzungsprofil „Neubau Bildungsbauten (NBI)" geplant und ausgeführt. Des Weiteren wird für das Gebäude eine QNG-Zertifizierung angestrebt. Der AN ist dazu aufgefordert, die Voraussetzungen zur Erlangung des DGNB-Silber Zertifikats und der Sicherstellung der QNG-Anforderungen nicht zu gefährden und seine Leistungen dementsprechend zu erbringen. Die Anwendung des Bewertungssystems erfolgt planungs- und baubegleitend. Diesbezüglich sind eine kooperative Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung des AN mit allen am Bau Beteiligten unabdingbar. Siehe Zusätzliche technische Vertragsbedingungen in den Vergabeunterlagen.
