Description

Blechnerarbeiten und Flachdachabdichtung Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um die Sanierung und Erweiterung der Grundschule in der Gemeinde Buggingen. Der Bestand ist ein Massivbau mit einem Satteldach und hat 3 Geschosse, Untergeschoss, Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss. Der Neubau wird direkt am Bestand angeschlossen sodass sich ein U-förmiger Baukörper ergibt. Der Neubau wird als zweigeschossiger Bau errichtet ohne Untergeschoss und das Dach wird als begrüntes Flachdach ausgeführt. Als erster Bauabschnitt wird der Neubau errichtet, der zweite Bauabschnitt ist die Sanierung des Bestandsbaus, wobei dieser sich in zwei weitere Bauabschnitte unterteilt. Der Erweiterungsbau ist als Massivbau mit Wärmedämm-Verbundsystem geplant. Das Gebäude wird mit einem Flachdach 0° (Stahlbeton 22 cm) und PS-Dachdämmung (i.M. 20 cm) versehen. Die Blechnerarbeiten sollen in Titanzink ausgeführt werden. Das Haus erhält eine Photovoltaikanlage und eine Lüftungsanlage mit Wärmerückgewinnung.
