Description

Ausgeschrieben werden Dachdeckungsarbeiten an einem denkmalgeschützten Gebäude in einer Krefelder Parkanlage. Das Gebäude wird durch einen gastronomischen Betrieb genutzt, der in den Außenanlagen in den Sommermonaten einen Biergarten betreibt. Aus diesem Grund sind die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen zwingend in Schließzeiten des Biergartens in mehreren Abschnitten von Januar 2026 bis März 2027 auszuführen. Die geplanten Bauabschnitte sind in der Anlage dargestellt. - Ca. 2.100 m² Aufnehmen und Entsorgen der alten Dacheindeckung - Aufbringen von ca. 2.100 m² Unterspannbahn - Montage von ca. 2.100 m² Konter- und Traglattung - Eindecken der gesamten Dachfläche von ca. 2.100 m² mit neuen Ziegeln - Lieferung und Montage von 7 Dachflächenfenstern - Reinigung von ca. 600 m² bauzeitlichen Dachsteinen - Erneuerung sämtlicher Rinnen und Fallrohre
