Im Rahmen der Dachdecker- und Abdichtungsarbeiten sind die beiden Flachdachbereiche des Feuerwehrgebäudes mit einer Gesamtfläche von ca. 2.300 m² dauerhaft abzudichten und zu entwässern. Die Leistungen umfassen die Abdichtung der Bodenplatte im Verwaltungs- und Nebenraumbereich auf einer Fläche von ca. 1.500 m² sowie die Herstellung der Dampfsperr-, Dämm- und Abdichtungsebenen auf den Dachflächen. Hierzu werden auf dem eingeschossigen Gebäudeteil ca. 1.457 m² und auf der Fahrzeughalle ca. 848 m² Wärmedämmung, Gefälledämmung und zweilagige Bitumenabdichtungen ausgeführt. Darüber hinaus sind sämtliche Attiken, Wandanschlüsse, Dachrandausbildungen und Aluminium-Mauerabdeckungen mit einer Gesamtlänge von rund 325 m herzustellen. Die Dachentwässerung erfolgt über ein Druckströmungssystem mit Haupt- und Notentwässerung einschließlich 12 Dachabläufen, Attikaabläufen, Speiern sowie den erforderlichen Rohrleitungen und Entlüftungselementen. Ergänzend sind die Abdichtungen von Sockeln, bodentiefen Fenstern und Türen sowie sämtlichen Dachdurchdringungen auszuführen. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören außerdem die Lieferung und Montage eines Flachdachausstiegs mit Absturzsicherung sowie eines durchdringungsfrei befestigten Dachgeländers mit einer Länge von ca. 325 m.
