Stahltrapezblech-, Dachdecker- und Klempnerarbeiten Die Stadt Friedrichstadt beabsichtigt den Neubau eines Feuerwehrgerätehauses. Das neue Feuerwehrhaus wird an der Schleswiger Straße 27 in 25840 Friedrichstadt errichtet. Das Baufeld liegt zwischen der Schleswiger Straße und der 2023 in nördlicher Richtung neu gebauten Sporthalle. Das Baufeld (Grundstücksgröße 53.000 m2) wird von der Schleswiger Straße angefahren. Um eine ebengleiche Zufahrt von der Straße zum Gebäude zu erreichen, wird das Gelände ca. 1,00 m aufgehöht. Das Gebäude ist in Gebäudeklasse 3 kategorisiert und ist 1 geschossig und auf einer ca. 0.70 - 1.15 m dicken Stahlbetonsohle und zusätzlichen Pfählen gegründet. Eine Lagerempore in der Fahrzeughalle bildet das Obergeschoss. Ein Erweiterungsgebäudeteil wird mit einem Balkenrost anstelle einer Sohle mit hergestellt. Eine mögliche Erweiterung um einen Stellplatz ist dann später möglich ohne zusätzliche notwendige Gründungsarbeiten. Die Sohle und der Balkenrost werden aufgrund der Baugrundverhältnisse mit Stb. Pfählentiefgegründet. Das Gebäude wird in Massivbauweise aus KS und Verblendsteinen hergestellt und umfasst 7 Feuerwehrfahrzeug- Einstellplätze. Die Dachflächen werden als Flachdächer aus Stahlbeton und Stahltrapezblech hergestellt und begrünt. Art und Umfang der Leistung: - ca. 435 m2 Stahldach aus Trapezprofilen 119 / 250 - 1.25 - ca. 1.190 m2 Flachdachabdichtung mit Dampfsperre, Gefälledämmung und 1. nd 2.Lage Elastomerbitumen-Abdichtung - ca. 1.190 m2 extensiver Gründachaufbau - ca. 210 m2 Kiesschüttung - ca. 132 m Linienentwässerungsystem - ca. 242 lfm Attika-Ausbildung mit Dachrandabschlussprofil - ca. 60 lfm Wandanschlüsse - ca. 205 lfm Dachabsturzsicherung als Seilsicherungssystem - ca. 25 Stck Dachabläufe und Notentwässerung - ca. 49 m Fallrohre, mit Wasserfangkästen und Standrohre Stahl, feuerverzinkt. - ca. 24 m Fallrohre, mit Wasserfangkästen und Standrohre in Aluminium farbbeschichtet.
